G2 Computer Services - Plymouth

G2 Computer Service can now offer a Remote PC Support service.

By downloading a piece of software from us, we can "take over" your computer and help you with any problems you may have. No need for an engineer to visit your home, and can be booked at a time to suit you!

You have no need to worry about the security of your computer as we can only control your computer when requested by YOU. The software, after use, can be deleted. It leaves no files on your computer so when its gone = its gone!

Cost for this service is: £5.00 for 15mins or £15.00 per hour.

To book a Remote Support Session you need to complete the following steps:

Download the G2 Remote Support Tool from HERE
Submit a ticket to the Helpdesk with the dates/times you are available and make a note of the ticket number.
Click on one of the BUY NOW buttons below, depending on the length of the session you require

Book One Hour - £15.00	Book 15 mins - £5.00

During the payment process enter you Helpdesk ticket number in the Optional Information box
An engineer will contact you via the Helpdesk and email to confirm an appointment time and date
